摘要
针对传统妇产科医用手套抗菌性能差,抑菌率低的问题,提出用海藻酸钠和壳聚糖形成的微胶囊结合季铵化合物对乳胶海绵进行改性,并就改性后的乳胶海绵抗菌性能、抑菌缓释性能、拉伸性能等进行表征。结果表明:海藻酸钠和壳聚糖分子间发生反应形成粗糙聚合物,从而负载在乳胶海绵表面;季铵化合物能有效增强乳胶海绵的抗菌性,且抗菌性随季铵化的增加而增加;改性后的乳胶海绵具备稳定的抑菌缓释性,能长时间抑制细菌的生长;改性后的乳胶海绵平均拉伸强度为44 kPa,具备良好的延展性。
Aiming at the problems of poor antibacterial performance and low antibacterial efficiency of traditional obstetrics and gynecology medical gloves,the traditional natural latex sponge was modified with sodium alginate and chitosan microcapsules combined with quaternary ammonium compounds.The antibacterial property,antibacterial slow-release property and tensile property of the modified quaternary ammonium compound microcapsule natural latex sponge were characterized.The results showed that the polymer with rough surface was formed by the reaction between sodium alginate and chitosan,which made it play a good role in the loading process;Quaternary ammonium compounds could effectively increase the antibacterial property of natural latex sponge,and the antibacterial property went up with the increase of quaternary ammonium;The modified quaternary ammonium compound microcapsule natural latex sponge had stable antibacterial and slow-release properties,and could inhibit the production of bacteria for a long time;The average tensile strength of the modified natural latex sponge was 44kpa,showing a good ductility and could be used as medical glove material.
