摘要
概述了聚酰胺/碳纤维复合材料中纤维表面改性技术研究进展,重点介绍了氧化处理法、上浆剂法和多尺度改性。氧化处理法有气相法、液相法、电化学法和等离子体法等;多尺度改性是在碳纤维表面引入纳米颗粒。梳理了主要改性技术的特点和问题,展望了聚酰胺/碳纤维复合材料中纤维表面改性技术未来发展趋势。
Research progress on surface modification for carbon fiber in polyamide/carbon fiber(PA/CF)composites is reviewed.It focuses on oxidation,sizing and multi-scale modification.The oxidation methods include gas phase oxidation,liquid phase oxidation,electrolytic oxidation and plasma oxidation.Nano particles are introduced on the surface of carbon fiber via multi-scale modification.Merits and drawbacks of these surface modification methods are compared,and the development trends of surface modification of carbon fiber in PA/CF composites are proposed.
