摘要
高功率窄线宽光纤激光器具有线宽非常窄,相干长度非常长等独特激光特性,目前广泛应用于材料加工,生物医疗等各个领域。反向光纤耦合器是高功率窄线宽光纤激光器核心光纤器件,反向光纤耦合器普遍采用端面泵浦耦合技术制备,其在高功率窄线宽光纤激光器实际应用过程中,对反向光纤耦合器反向隔离度特性的研究可以提高对泵浦光源的保护作用。主要阐述了反向光纤耦合器反向隔离度基本原理。通过信号激光光源分别与(2+1)*1和(18+1)*1反向光纤耦合器研制相结合,分析对比反向光纤耦合器腰束横截面信号光纤直径,腰束横截面光纤束结构排列等物理因素对反向光纤耦合器反向隔离度的影响。
High-power narrow linewidth optical fiber lasers have unique laser characteristics such as very narrow linewidth and very long coherence length, and are currently widely used in various fields such as material processing and biomedicine. The reverse optical fiber coupler is the core optical fiber device of the high power narrow linewidth optical fiber laser. The reverse optical fiber coupler is generally prepared by end-pump coupling technology. In the actual application process of the high power narrow linewidth optical fiber laser, research on the reverse isolation characteristics of the reverse optical fiber coupler can improve the protection of the pump light source. This paper introduces the principle of the reverse isolation of the reverse optical fiber coupler.The application of signal laser light source combined with(2+1)*1 reverse optical fiber coupler and(18+1)*1 reverse optical fiber coupler, through comparing and analyzing the influence of reverse isolation in the perspective of different physical factors, such as signal fiber diameter of the reverse optical fiber coupler waist beam cross section, the fiber arrangement of the reverse optical fiber coupler waist beam cross section and etc.
