传统树脂与大块填充树脂在儿童龋齿牙齿损伤修复的效果和填充物耐磨损耗的远期观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨应用传统树脂与大块填充树脂在儿童龋齿牙齿损伤修复中的效果及填充物耐磨损耗情况。方法将100例儿童龋齿牙齿损伤患儿按填充材料分组,其中50例(62颗患牙)入对照组,接受传统树脂修复治疗;另50例(64颗患牙)入实验组,接受大块填充树脂修复治疗;比较两组整体疗效、损耗程度及相关并发症差异。结果实验组治疗总优良率略高于对照组,并发症总发生率略低于对照组,但组间比较无差异(P>0.05);实验组填充物损耗率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿童龋齿牙齿损伤修复中,应用大块填充树脂行修复治疗,可获较之传统树脂修复技术相较一致的整体疗效与安全性,但前者的远期耐磨损水平更佳,推荐以之替代传统树脂修复技术推广临床。
