摘要
医用耗材是医疗行业常见管控内容之一,其管控质量对医院运营成本及经济效益有着直接影响,且对医院长远稳固发展起到了关键作用。为了使医用耗材取得合理有效利用,浪费情况得到有效减少,需利用信息化方式加强精细化管理在医用耗材管控中的应用,解决医用耗材成本核算收支不平衡的问题,健全医用耗材管理体系,确保患者医疗费用的合理性,提高其临床满意度,使医用耗材管控质量取得有效提升,降低医院运营成本,促进经济良好运转。该文以医用耗材管理现状及弊端为切入点,对精细化管理在医用耗材管控中的应用实践展开探讨。
Medical consumables are one of the common management and control contents in the medical industry.The quality of management and control has a direct impact on the hospital's operating costs and economic benefits,and it plays a key role in the long-term stable development of the hospital.In order to achieve reasonable and effective use of medical consumables and effectively reduce waste,it is necessary to use information technology to strengthen the application of refined management in the management and control of medical consumables,and solve the problem of imbalance in the cost of medical consumables.Establish a comprehensive medical consumables management system to ensure the rationality of patients'medical expenses,improve their clinical satisfaction,effectively improve the quality of medical consumables control,reduce hospital operating costs,and promote sound economic operations.The article takes the current situation and drawbacks of medical consumables management as the starting point to discuss the application and practice of refined management in medical consumables management and control.
