摘要
目的观察依达拉奉联合法舒地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 100例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组应用依达拉奉联合法舒地尔治疗,对照组应用丹参注射液治疗。对比两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、Barthel指数(BI)评分及治疗效果。结果治疗14 d后,两组NIHSS及BI评分均优于本组治疗前,且观察组NIHSS及BI评分分别为(14.39±2.95)、(55.32±7.52)分,优于对照组的(18.04±2.88)、(45.39±8.84)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%显著高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合法舒地尔治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著,可明显改善患者的意识水平及日常生活活动能力,促进患者的神经功能缺损恢复,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of edaravone combine with fasudil on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with edaravone and fasudil, and the control group was treated with Danshen injection. The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) and Barthel index(BI) scores before and after treatment, and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results After 14 d of treatment, the NIHSS and BI scores of the two groups were better than those of this group before treatment, and the NIHSS and BI scores of the observation group were(14.39±2.95) and(55.32±7.52) points, which were better than(18.04±2.88) and(45.39±8.84) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 78.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combine with fasudil has significant clinical effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and can improve the level of consciousness and activities of daily living and promote the recovery of neurological deficits in patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
