摘要
目的:观察朱氏头针结合夹脊穴电针治疗不完全性脊髓损伤后下肢运动功能障碍临床疗效。方法:选取70例不完全性脊髓损伤后下肢运动功能障碍患者随机分为两组各35例。对照组予夹脊穴普通针刺及常规康复训练,治疗组在对照组基础上予朱氏头针结合夹脊穴电针治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后ASIA运动功能(MS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、改良Ashworth评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组MS评分、ADL评分、改良Ashworth评分均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组总有效率91.43%明显优于对照组71.43%(P﹤0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,朱氏头针结合夹脊穴电针治疗不完全性脊髓损伤后下肢运动功能障碍,能有效促进患者运动功能恢复,提高生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhu's scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint on incomplete spinal cord injury-caused lower limb motor dysfunction.Methods:70 cases of seclected patients with incomplete spinal cord injury-caused lower limb motor dysfunction were randomly divided into two group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and routine rehabilitation training,while the treatment group was treated with Zhu's scalp acupuncture and electro-acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint on the basis of control group.ASIA motor function(MS)score,activity of daily living(ADL)score and modified Ashworth score of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,MS score,ADL score and modified Ashworth score of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.43%,which was significantly better than 71.43%of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,Zhu's scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint for treating incomplete spinal cord injurycaused lower limb motor dysfunction can effectively promote the recovery of motor function of patients,and improve the life-quality of patients.
