摘要
介质盒是高梯度立环机的分选介质,高梯度磁场的产生与聚磁介质的材质、形状、大小、排布方式、相对尺寸及充填率等参数有密切关系,合理选用聚磁介质,能提高分选效率和指标。研究表明,棱角突出、截面曲率较大的聚磁介质产生的磁场梯度高,对磁性颗粒的吸引力大,有利于提高铁精矿回收率,本文就新型菱形棒介质在高梯度立环机上的应用研究进行阐述。
The medium box is the separation medium of high gradient vertical ring machine.The generation of high gradient magnetic field is closely related to the material,shape,size,arrangement,relative size and filling rate of magnetic gathering medium.The reasonable selection of magnetic gathering medium can improve the separation efficiency and index.The research shows that the magnetic field gradient produced by the magnetic gathering medium with prominent edges and corners and large cross-section curvature is high,and it has great attraction to magnetic particles,which is conducive to improve the recovery rate of iron concentrate.In this paper,the application research of the new rhombic bar medium in the high gradient vertical ring machine is described.
