摘要
本文利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对HCFC-142b精馏过程进行了模拟和计算,分别考察了进料板位置、操作回流比和馏出物/进料比等参数对精馏过程的影响,得到了适宜的操作条件。
This article uses Aspen Plus process simulation software to simulate and calculate the HCFC-142b distillation process,and investigate the influence of the position of the feed plate,the operating reflux ratio and the distillate/feed ratio on the distillation process.Appropriate operating conditions were obtained.
