基于内聚力模型的网格尺寸及参数敏感性研究 被引量:4

Mesh size and parameter sensitivity based on cohesive zone model

摘要 为探究内聚力模型对网格尺寸的敏感程度,通过圆柱体板岩单轴压缩试验对模型的输入参数进行标定,采用三维有限元网格生成器Gmsh构建3种不同网格尺寸的模型,从能量角度分析网格尺寸对数值计算结果的影响,得出网格尺寸至少应保持在裂纹尖端理论塑性区尺寸的15%方能保证结果可靠性的结论。从破坏形态和力学性态2个方面讨论模拟结果对内聚力模型的刚度、损伤起始强度和断裂能3个参数的敏感程度,以期为室内科学研究及工程实践更好地运用内聚力模型理论提供定量的指导。 In order to explore the sensitivity of the cohesive zone model to the grid size,the input parameters of the model were calibrated through a cylindrical slate uniaxial compression test,and then three-dimensional finite element grid generator Gmsh was used to construct three models with different grid sizes.The influence of mesh size was analyzed from the perspective of energy,and it was concluded that the mesh size should be kept at least 15%of the theoretical plastic zone size at the crack tip to ensure the reliability of the results.The sensitivity of the simulation results to the stiffness,damage initial strength and fracture energy of the cohesive zone model was discussed from the aspects of failure morphology and mechanical properties,in the hope of providing quantitative guidance for the better application of the cohesive zone model theory in laboratory scientific research and engineering practice.
