摘要
目的:探讨重症心力衰竭行左卡尼汀配合辅酶Q10治疗的效果与安全性。方法:选取佳木斯市中心医院2020年2月至2021年2月期间收治的58例重症心力衰竭患者,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组实施酒石酸美托洛尔+氯沙坦+螺内酯常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上给予左卡尼汀配合辅酶Q10治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs–CRP)、脑钠肽(BNP)、心肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)指标水平及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为89.66 %,高于对照组的65.52 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的hs–CRP、BNP、cTnI水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的hs–CRP、BNP、cTnI水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间药物不良反应为17.24 %,与对照组的13.79 %比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重症心力衰竭行左卡尼汀配合辅酶Q10治疗效果显著,且具有一定安全性。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of L-carnitine combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of severe heart failure.Methods A total of 58 patients with severe heart failure admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received the conventional treatment program of metoprolol tartrate + losartan + spironolactone.The observation group was given levocarnitine combined with coenzyme Q10 treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapic effect,hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),cardiac troponin I (cTnI) index levels and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.66%,which was higher than 65.52% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the levels of hs-CRP,BNP,and cTnI between the two groups (P > 0.05);After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,BNP and cTnI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05);The adverse drug reaction of the observation group during treatment was 17.24 %,compared with 13.79% in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of severe heart failure with L-carnitine combined with coenzyme Q10 is effective and has certain safety.
