摘要
骨关节炎是一种好发于中老年人群的慢性退行性关节疾病。疼痛是骨关节炎患者最主要的症状,持续疼痛会影响治疗结局。因此,有效的疼痛管理对临床预后有积极影响。本文首先介绍周围和中枢痛觉敏化在骨关节炎疼痛中的机制,然后综述骨关节炎药物治疗的最新进展及相关治疗指南。
Osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative joint disease that often occurs in middle-aged and elderly people.Pain is the main symptoms of osteoarthritis and can affect the treatment outcome.Effective pain management can improve the clinical prognosis.This paper reviewed peripheral and central pain sensitization in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis,and the latest progress of medicine treatment and treatment guidelines for the osteoarthritis.
