摘要
融合通信技术在巴拉素煤矿的应用,主要为跨跃各子系统间的通信提供高效业务平台与桥梁,为从事矿井工作的管理人员、作业人员以及灾害救援人员提供更便捷的数据、语音以及视频等多媒体通信业务与信息互联手段,也为各级集控中心提供更高效的多系统协同通信与综合调度指挥业务,分析技术发展现状,提出场景应用。本文探讨了如何将5G作为智能矿山建设的一个重要支撑载体,连通各个生产流程。配合智能化技术,实现矿山生产环节的智能感知、泛在连接、实时分析、精准控制、操作空间集中化、操作岗位机械化、运维辅助远程化等需求,提高员工的安全率,实现少人、无人作业直至实现生产过程的清晰化、智能化、高效化、低支出,实现生产安全和企业降本增效。
The application of converged communication technology in Balasu Coal Mine not only provides an efficient business platform and bridge for the communication between various subsystems,but also provides more convenient multi-media communication services and information interconnection means such as data,voice and video for managers,operators and disaster rescue personnel in coal mine,and also provides more efficient multi-system cooperative communication and integrated dispatching command services for centralized control centers at all levels.By analyzing the development status of converged communication technology,its application scope is put forward.This paper discusses how to use 5G as an important support carrier for intelligent mine construction to connect various production processes.Combined with intelligent technology,realize the requirements of intelligent perception,extensive connection,real-time analysis,accurate control,centralized operation space,mechanization of operation posts,remote operation and maintenance assistance in mine production links,improve the safety of employees,realize fewer and unmanned operations as well as the clarity,intelligence,efficiency and low expenditure of production process,and realize production safety,cost reduction and efficiency increase of enterprises.
