摘要
【目的】为明确三氟苯嘧啶和啶虫脒复配对褐飞虱的联合作用,筛选出对褐飞虱具有增效作用的药剂组合。【方法】采用稻苗浸渍法测定了三氟苯嘧啶和啶虫脒及其复配对褐飞虱3龄若虫的毒力,并采用田间喷雾法在贵州惠水进行了田间防效试验。【结果】与敏感基线相比,贵州3地(黄平、湄潭、惠水)褐飞虱种群对三氟苯嘧啶和啶虫脒的抗性处于敏感至低水平抗性,抗性倍数分别为2.44~8.00和3.87~9.84。三氟苯嘧啶和啶虫脒复配对褐飞虱3龄若虫具有较好的增效作用,三氟苯嘧啶与啶虫脒有效成分比为1∶2、1∶5、1∶9、2∶1、5∶1、9∶1时,共毒系数都大于120,2∶1为最佳配比,其CTC为191.30,LC_(50)值为0.39 mg/L。田间试验结果表明,[三氟苯嘧啶+啶虫脒(2∶1)]组合施药3 d后对褐飞虱具显著增效作用,防效为96.11%,显著高于三氟苯嘧啶(88.01%)和啶虫脒(65.03%)单剂。【结论】三氟苯嘧啶和啶虫脒按有效成分比为2∶1(三氟苯嘧啶∶啶虫脒)时对褐飞虱具有明显的增效作用。
[Objective]This study aimed to identify the synergistic effects of triflumezopyrim mixed with acetamiprid on controlling Nilaparvata lugens and screen out the insecticide mixtures with enhanced effects on N.lugens.[Method]The toxicities of triflumezopyrim,acetamiprid and their mixtures to the third instar nymphs of brown planthoppers were determined by the method of dipping rice seedling in laboratory,and the field efficacy trials were conducted at Huishui,Guizhou Province.[Result]Compared with the baseline sensitivity,the resistance of N.lugens populations in the three areas of Guizhou(Pinghuang,Meitan and Huishui)to trifluoropyrimidine and acetamiprid ranged from susceptible to low levels,and the resistant ratios were between 2.44-8.00 and 3.87-9.84,which indicated that the mixtures of triflumezopyrim and acetamiprid had a favorable synergistic effect on controlling the 3rd instar nymph of N.lugens.The co-toxicity coefficient(CTC)were more than 120 when the ratios of active ingredients of triflumezopyrim and acetamiprid were 1∶2,1∶5,1∶9,2∶1,5∶1,9∶1,among which the ratio of 2∶1 was optimal with a CTC of 191.30,and an LC50 of 0.39 mg/L.The results of field efficacy trials showed that the mixture of[triflumezopyrim+acetamiprid(2∶1)]had an obvious synergistic effect on N.lugens.The control effect could reach 96.11%,which was significantly higher than that of triflumezopyrim(88.01%)and acetamiprid(65.03%)single dose.[Conclusion]The data showed that the mixture of two insecticides in the ratio of 2∶1(triflumezopyrim∶acetamiprid)produced a significant synergistic effect.
