8107 Research on the Extension Technology of Hydraulic Support Plus Frame and Scraper Conveyor in Shaped Working Face

摘要 随着矿井煤炭资源的枯竭以及煤层赋存条件复杂程度增加,井下异形工作面不断出现,从而给煤炭开采管理带来一定影响。以锦瑞矿8107异形工作面回采为例,对液压支架加架以及刮板输送机延长工艺进行探讨,并提出针对性安全保障措施。经现场应用后,不仅实现了采面安全回采,而且提升了采面煤炭资源回收率。 With the depletion of coal resources in mines and the increase in complexity of coal seam conditions,shaped working faces are constantly appearing underground,thus bringing certain impact on coal mining management.Taking 8107 shaped working face retrieval in a mine as an engineering example,we discuss the hydraulic bracket plus frame and scraper conveyor extension process,and propose targeted safety assurance measures,which not only achieve safe retrieval of mining face but also improve the coal resource recovery rate of mining face after field application.
