摘要
以液压支架的顶梁为研究对象,介绍液压支架的结构组成及工作原理,建立顶梁的仿真模型,分析不同工况下的顶梁结构性能,进而采用增加前侧板和柱窝两侧加强筋厚度的方法进行优化改进。结果表明,优化改进后,顶梁应力分布情况大大改善,效果较明显,顶梁结构强度得到提高,降低了维修成本,提高了液压支架工作的可靠性和安全性。
Taking the roof beam of hydraulic bracket as the research object,the structural composition and working principle of hydraulic bracket are introduced,the simulation model of the roof beam is established,the structural performance of the roof beam under different working conditions is analyzed,and then the method of increasing the thickness of reinforcement bars on both sides of the front side plate and column nest is adopted for optimization and improvement The results show that after optimization and improvement,.the stress distribution of the top beam is greatly improved,the effect is more obvious,the structural strength is improved,the maintenance cost is reduced,and the reliability and safety of the hydraulic support work is improved.
