摘要
欧阳修在扬州任上遭遇严重眼疾,此症的诱发及疗治情况,可以帮助我们探析滁州、扬州、颍州任职期间欧阳修的身心状态和养生观念的变化。中年目疾凸显了欧阳修的禀赋不足与情志负累,且导致了欧阳修的长期限酒。以眼病疾患的表达为核心,可以发现欧阳修诗歌中多用古风而非律体书写疾患,其《书简》中疾患倾诉对象可见其交游亲疏,就衰病问题与仁宗的坦诚交流亦颇见仁宗对大臣的情感交谊。
Ouyang Xiu suffered from a serious eye disease while in his post in Yangzhou, the induction and treatment of this disease relative to Ouyang Xiu’s physical and mental state as well as the changes in health preservation concepts and methods during his tenure in Chuzhou, Yangzhou and Yingzhou.Eye disease in middle age highlighted Ouyang Xiu was in a insufficient endowment and heavy psychological burden, so he turned to external remedies for his health and restricted drinking for a long time.Focusing on the expression of eye diseases, it can be found that Ouyang Xiu used ancient poem style to express diseases more than metrical style, from whom he confided in in his letters about diseases can we find out his friendship,and learned about the profound affection between emperor and ministers by his frank communication with emperor Renzong on his eye disease in the letters.
