移植肾相关并发症的多模态MRI研究进展

摘要 对终末期肾病患者而言,肾移植已成为其主要治疗方法之一。然而,肾移植术后的并发症容易导致移植肾功能受损甚至丧失,因此,早期的诊断及干预治疗至关重要。多模态MRI是一种无创检查手段,具有无辐射、能同时提供组织微观结构以及功能信息等多项优点,在肾移植并发症研究中应用广泛。本文主要综述多模态MRI评估移植肾相关并发症的研究进展。 Kidney transplantation has become one of the main therapeutic methods for patients with end-stage renal diseases. However, complications after renal transplantation could cause allograft injury or even loss functioning easily. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment is very important. Multimodal MRI is a non-invasive examination method with many advantages such as no radiation, simultaneous provision of information of microstructure and function of tissues, which is widely used in the study of renal transplantation complications. In this article, we review the progress of multimodal MRI in the evaluation of renal transplant related complications.
