摘要
目的分探究分层培训对急诊科护士考核成绩的影响。方法以2017年5月-2020年5月共30名本院急诊科护士为对象,根据护士岗位、学历、技术职称、业务能力等综合情况予以分层,共分为N0~N4五级,各层次分别予以相应临床管理与技能培训安排。比较培训前后护士考核成绩,并调查医务人员与患者对培训前后护士护理工作的满意情况。结果培训后护士理论知识与技能水平与培训前比较明显更高(P<0.05),培训后医务人员与患者对护理工作满意度与培训前比较均明显更高(P<0.05)。结论分层培训在急诊科护士护理专业素质及工作质量提高方面效果显著,并可明显提高医务人员与患者对护士所提供的护理服务的满意度,取得满意培训效果。
Objective To explore the impact of stratified training on the assessment results of emergency nurses.Methods A total of 30 nurses in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were taken as the object,and they were stratified according to the comprehensive situation of nurses'positions,education background,technical title,and professional ability,and they were divided into five levels N0~N4.Corresponding clinical management and skill training arrangements are provided at each level.Compare the assessment results of nurses before and after training,and investigate the satisfaction status of medical staff and patients with nurses'nursing work before and after training.Results The theoretical knowledge and skill level of nurses after training was higher than that before training(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of medical staff and patients with nursing work after training was higher than before training(P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified training has significant effects in improving the nursing professional quality and work quality of emergency nurses,and can significantly improve the satisfaction of medical staff and patients with the nursing services provided by nurses,and achieve satisfactory training results.
