摘要
近几年随着生活节奏的加快,包装饮用水的消费量逐年增高,但其中铜绿假单胞菌的检出率较高,且危害性较大,因此包装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌检测至关重要。本文基于现阶段实验室所采用的细菌检测手段,阐述了生化水平、基因序列、蛋白指纹图谱等6类铜绿假单胞菌的检测方法,旨在对铜绿假单胞菌的快速分离及准确鉴定提供参考,从而更好地保障饮水安全。
The consumption level of packaged drinking water is increasing year by year as the pace of life accelerated in recent years.Therefore the testing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaged drinking water is vitally important due to the high detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its harmfulness.This article describes the detection methods of Pseudomonas aeruginosa based on the bacterial detection methods used in the laboratory at the present stage from six aspects including biochemical level,gene sequence,and proteomic fingerprint,to provide reference for rapid isolation and accurate identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa thus ensure the safety of drinking water.
