思维导图在医学影像本科实习教学中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨思维导图的教学方法在医学影像学实习生临床思维能力培养中的应用价值。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院影像中心进行本科阶段实习的32名2015级医学影像专业学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组均为16名,针对试验组采用思维导图的实践教学方法,针对对照组采用传统教学法。实习结束后通过理论知识及临床实践考核、问卷调查的形式对实习生的教学效果进行评价。结果试验组实习生的理论考核成绩及临床技能考核成绩均较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实习生对教学模式满意度优于对照组,试验组实习生认为基于思维导图教学模式可以激发学生的学习兴趣,与此同时可以提高学生对专业知识的掌握能力、自主学习能力、学习效率、临床思维及阅片能力,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的教学模式可有助于培养影像专业学生的临床诊断思维能力,有利于提升实习教学的整体质量,值得推广及应用。 Objective To explore the application value of mind mapping teaching method in the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of medical imaging interns.Methods 32 medical imaging students of grade 2015 in the imaging center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 16 students in each group.The practical teaching method of mind mapping was used for the experimental group and the traditional teaching method was used for the control group.After the practice,the teaching effect of interns is evaluated in the form of theoretical knowledge,clinical practice assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The results of theoretical examination and clinical skill examination of interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The interns in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching mode than those in the control group.The interns in the experimental group believed that the teaching mode based on mind mapping could stimulate students'interest in learning,and improve students'mastery of professional knowledge,autonomous learning ability,learning efficiency,clinical thinking and film reading ability.The once between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method based on mind mapping can help to cultivate the clinical diagnostic thinking ability of imaging students,improve the overall quality of practice teaching,and is worthy of popularization and application.
