摘要
针对当前国内眼镜行业发展不均衡,线下购镜存在信息不对称、价格昂贵、款式老旧以及购买不便等诸多问题,基于用户对配镜的新需求进行开发,设计集科技、商务、医疗为一体的微信小程序平台,以提升服务品质和用户体验为目标。采用微信开发者工具,构建包含配镜、选镜、送镜全过程的服务平台,帮助用户以实惠价格享受优质服务和愉悦的配镜体验。
In view of the unbalanced development of the domestic eyeglasses industry,there are many problems such as information asymmetry,high price,old-style,inconvenient purchase and close connection of the epidemic.Based on users’new demand for glasses to develop,this study designs a platform of WeChat Mini Program integrating science and technology,commerce and medical services.To improve service quality and user experience,we use WeChat developer tools to build a whole process of service platforms for matching,selection and delivery of glasses,helping users obtain high-quality services and the pleasant experience of glasses matching at affordable prices.
