摘要
农村社会经济是当今中国经济社会的重要组成部分。推动中国特色社会主义新农村建设,是缩小城乡之间经济发展水平差距、统筹城乡之间协调发展,构建中国特色社会主义和谐社会的必然举措。确立人民政府在新农村建设中的领导地位和充分发挥人民政府的主导作用,是我们进行社会主义新农村建设的基础与前提。
Rural social economy is an important part of China's economic society today.Promoting the construction of a new so⁃cialist countryside with Chinese characteristics is an inevitable measure to narrow the gap in the level of economic development between urban and rural areas,coordinate the development of urban and rural areas,and build a harmonious society with Chi⁃nese characteristics.Establishing the leading position of the people's government in the construction of a new countryside and giving full play to the leading role of the people's government is the basis and prerequisite for our construction of a newsocialist countryside.
