摘要
目的:观察加味脱敏煎口服配合苍耳子散外用治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年12月收治过敏性鼻炎患儿60例,按是否接受中药治疗分为两组,各30例。对照组给予顺尔宁治疗;试验组用加味脱敏煎口服联合苍耳子散外用塞鼻治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞等主要症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味脱敏煎口服配合苍耳子散外用治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的疗效好。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Tuomin Decoction oral administration combined with Cangerzi powder for external application on allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,60 children with allergic rhinitis were treated.They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to whether they received traditional Chinese medicine treatment or not.The control group was treated with Singulair.The experimental group was treated with Jiawei Tuomin Decoction oral administration combined with Cangerzi powder for external application on nose.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of main symptoms such as nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose and nasal congestion in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jiawei Tuomin Decoction oral administration combined with Cangerzi powder for external application on allergic rhinitis in children is significant.
