拖拉机在我国的现代化农业生产中发挥着重要作用,而在实际使用过程中拖拉机也很容易受到多种因素的影响而出现故障问题。异常振动是拖拉机存在故障的表征之一,通过分析拖拉机异常振动的故障特性能够帮助进行故障分析与定位,从而提高拖拉机的故障维修效率和质量。详细介绍了拖拉机振动特性的研究情况,说明了振动特性的检测方法,并对典型异常振动进行了实例分析。
The tractor plays an important role in China's modern agricultural production,and in the actual use process,the tractor is also easy to be affected by many factors and break down.Abnormal vibration is one of the characteristics of tractor faults.Analyzing the fault characteristics of tractor abnormal vibration can help fault analysis and location,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of tractor fault maintenance.The research on the vibration characteristics of tractor is introduced in detail,the detection method of vibration characteristics is explained,and an example of typical abnormal vibration is analyzed.
