摘要
目的:分析英夫利西单抗治疗中重度银屑病的效果与不良反应。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治中重度银屑病患者86例,采用抛硬币方式分为两组,各43例。对照组接受阿维A胶囊治疗;观察组采用英夫利西单抗治疗。比较两组患者皮损面积和严重度指数(PASI)与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗2个月后PASI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗期间,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的白细胞介素4水平、外周血γ干扰素水平相比无较大差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素4水平明显高于对照组,外周血γ干扰素水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中重度银屑病患者采用英夫利西单抗治疗,效果确切,能够更好地减轻患者皮损程度,改善患者的白细胞介素4水平、外周血γ干扰素水平,而且不良反应少,安全性良好。
Objective:To analyze the effects and adverse reactions of infliximab in the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,86 patients with moderate to severe psoriasis were selected,they were divided into the two groups by tossing a coin with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acitretin capsules.The observation group was treated with infliximab.The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The PASI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after two months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-4 and interferon-γ in peripheral blood between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the level of interleukin-4 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of interferon-γ in peripheral blood was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of infliximab treatment on patients with moderate to severe psoriasis is definite,which can better reduce the degree of skin lesions in patients,improve the levels of interleukin-4 and interferon-γin peripheral blood,and has fewer adverse reactions and good safety.
