摘要
针对PLC控制系统中传感器的开路故障,本文设计了一套简单的基于PLC的传感器故障诊断系统。首先利用信号发生器模拟压力传感器的模拟量输出,通过编写PLC模数转换程序,将模拟量转变为PLC数字量。其次通过控制信号发生器的输出为0模拟传感器的故障,并设计PLC诊断程序。最后利用触摸屏实时显示传感器的状态。
Aiming at the open circuit fault of sensor in PL C control system,a simple sensor fault diagnosis system based on PLC is designed in this paper.Firstly,the signal generator is used to simulate the analog output of the pressure sensor,and the analog quantity is transformed into PLC digital quantity by compiling PLC analog-to-digital conversion program.Secondly,by controlling the output of the signal generator to 0,the fault of the sensor is simulated,and the PLC diagnosis program is designed.Finally,the status of the sensor is displayed in real time by using the touch screen.
