摘要
目的:观察术前角色扮演游戏联合心理护理在乳牙滞留日间全身麻醉手术患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取120例行日间全麻手术的乳牙滞留患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组术前采用心理护理,观察组术前采用角色扮演游戏联合心理护理。比较两组患儿术前配合度及其家长护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿术前配合度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长护理满意度为98.33%(59/60),高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前角色扮演游戏联合心理护理应用于乳牙滞留日间全身麻醉手术患儿,可提高患儿术前配合度及其家长护理满意度,效果优于单纯心理护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of preoperative role playing games combined with psychological nursing in children with detained deciduous teeth undergoing daytime general anesthesia surgeries.Methods:120 children with retained deciduous teeth who underwent daytime general anesthesia surgeries were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group used psychological nursing before the surgery,and the observation group was given the role playing game combined with psychological nursing.The preoperative cooperation degree of the children and their parents’nursing satisfactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The preoperative cooperation degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of their parents of the children in the observation group was 98.33%(59/60),which was higher than 83.33%(50/60)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Preoperative role playing games combined with psychological nursing for the children with retained deciduous teeth undergoing daytime general anesthesia surgeries can improve the preoperative cooperation degrees of the children and the satisfactions of their parents on the nursing.Moreover,it is superior to single psychological nursing.
