摘要
化工、医药、电力、石油等行业都需要管道作为资源材料的运输载体。对化工管道设计概况进行了介绍,对比分析了人工补偿器与自然补偿两种热补偿设计方法,阐述了自然补偿法的应用对象及应用要点,提出了基于自然补偿法的化工管道设计优化策略,以期为相关企业人员提供参考。
With the development of the chemical industry,medicine,electric power,petroleum and other industries,it is necessary to use chemical pipeline as the transportation carrier of resources and materials.In this paper,the general situation of chemical pipeline design is introduced,two thermal compensation design methods,artificial compensator and natural compensation,are compared and analyzed,the application objects and key points of natural compensation method are expounded,and the optimization strategy of chemical pipeline design based on natural compensation method is put forward,in order to provide reference for relevant enterprise personnel.
