青少年及成年人骨开窗、骨开裂发生率比较的CBCT研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过观测未经正畸治疗的错牙合畸形患者的CBCT图像,分析牙槽骨骨开窗、骨开裂的发生情况,以及骨开窗、骨开裂的发生与年龄的关系。方法从北京口腔医院放射科CBCT图像库中按年龄挑选70名符合纳入标准的错牙合畸形患者的CBCT图像,按年龄分为青少年组和成人组,每组35例。对这70名患者的1933颗牙齿利用CBCT图像进行骨开窗、骨开裂的诊断,统计骨开窗、骨开裂的发生情况以及好发部位。结果青少年组骨缺损发生率为28.02%,其中骨开窗发生率为18.75%,骨开裂发生率为9.27%。成年组骨缺损发生率为47.38%,其中骨开窗发生率为25.39%,骨开裂发生率为21.99%。两组结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。青少年组和成年组骨开窗均最好发上颌侧切牙、上颌尖牙、下前牙以及上颌第一前磨牙。青少年组的骨开裂最好发于下颌尖牙、下颌切牙及上颌尖牙;成年组骨开裂最好发于上颌第一前磨牙、上颌第一磨牙及下颌前牙。结论牙槽骨的缺损在未经正畸治疗的患者中是普遍存在的,随着年龄增长,牙槽骨缺损的发生率也随之增加。 Objective To investigate the prevalence and distribution of alveolar bone dehiscence and fenestration of untreated teenagers and adults with malocclusions.Methods Sewenty patients with malocclusions were evaluated by cone-beam computed tomography to observe the rate of alveolar bone dehiscence and fenestration.Results The prevalence of fenestration was 18.75%in teenagers,25.39%in adults.While the prevalence of dehiscence was 9.27%in teenagers,21.99%in adults.There was significant difference between two groups.Fenestration mostly occurred in upper lateral incisors,upper canines,lower anterior teeth and upper first premolars in both groups.Dehiscence mostly occurred in lower canines,lower incisors and upper canines in teenagers,while in upper first premolars,upper first molars and lower anterior teeth in adults.Conclusions Alveolar bone defect is a common finding in untreated teenage and adult patients with malocclusions.The incidence of bone defect increases with age.
