摘要
目的:采用文献计量学方法对针灸治疗踝关节扭伤的中英文文献进行分析,了解该领域的研究现状、发展水平以及趋势,为临床和科研提供思路和参考依据。方法:检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方医药卫生数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和Pubmed中收录的针灸治疗踝关节扭伤的临床文献,检索时间为自数据库建立至2019年2月,从文献发表年代、文献发表地域、文献发表机构、期刊分布、样本含量、疗效评定、腧穴选用、刺灸方法等8个维度进行分析。结果:共纳入符合标准的文献112篇,文献研究总体呈上升趋势,广东省的研究机构及发文总量最多,《上海针灸杂志》《中国针灸》刊登文献最多,适宜样本量研究占比少,无客观统一的疗效评定标准,阿是穴为最常选用的穴位,综合疗法是常用治法。结论:针灸治疗踝关节扭伤有较好的疗效,但因选穴、针灸方法及疗效评定等均没有统一的标准,故无法客观、准确地评定其疗效,应尽快加强针灸治疗踝关节扭伤的标准化进程。
Objective:To analyze the Chinese and English literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ankle sprain by bibliometric method,to understand the research status,development level and trend in this field,and to provide ideas and reference basis for clinical and scientific research.Methods:The clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ankle sprain included in CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang medical and health database,China biomedical literature database and Pubmed were searched from the establishment of the database to February 2019,a total of 8 dimensions from the publication year,publication region,publication organization,journal distribution,sample size,curative effect evaluation acupoint selection and acupuncture methods were analyzed.Results:A total of 112 literatures meeting the standards were included,and the literature research generally showed an upward trend.The total number of research institutions and articles issued in Guangdong Province was the largest,and the number of the literatures published in Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Chinese Acupuncture&Moxibustion was the largest.The research on proportion of appropriate sample size was small,and there was no objective and unified curative effect evaluation standard.Ashi point was the most commonly selected acupoint,and comprehensive therapy was a commonly-used method.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion has good curative effect on ankle sprain,but there is no unified standard for acupoint selection,acupuncture manipulations and curative effect evaluation,so it is impossible to evaluate its curative effect objectively and accurately.The standardization process of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ankle sprain should be strengthened as soon as possible in the future.
