摘要
刺梨具有增强机体免疫力、延缓衰老、治疗坏血病等多种生物学作用,其中刺梨多糖是其含有的主要功能成分之一。为更好地开发利用刺梨多糖,总结了近年来刺梨多糖的提取方法、分离纯化和生物活性的研究进展,在此基础上对刺梨多糖的发展前景进行展望,不仅可为刺梨及其多糖资源的深度开发利用提供理论依据,还可为刺梨多糖的进一步研究提供参考。
Prickly pear has a variety of biological effects such as strengthening the body's immunity,delaying aging,treating scurvy etc.,among which prickly pear polysaccharide is one of its main functional components.In order to better develop and utilize prickly pear polysaccharides,summarize the research progress of the extraction method,separation and purification and biological activity of prickly pear polysaccharides in recent years.The in-depth development and utilization of polysaccharide resources provide a theoreti‐cal basis,and can also provide a reference for further research on prickly pear polysaccharides.
