摘要
目的了解某医院儿童康复科住院患者医院感染特点及危险因素。方法对2018年7月—2020年6月该综合医院儿童康复科所有住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查,分析医院感染发生情况、感染部位,采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析患者医院感染的危险因素。结果共收治住院患者984例,发生医院感染169例、172例次;医院感染发病率为17.17%,医院感染例次发病率为17.48%。发育迟缓患者医院感染发病率最高,为23.38%,例次发病率为24.19%。医院感染部位中主要以下呼吸道、上呼吸道和胃肠道为主,分别为70.35%、19.77%和8.71%。多因素Logistic回顾分析显示,年龄、居住地是儿童康复科住院患者医院感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论儿童康复科医院感染率居高不下,感染部位以呼吸道为主,<1岁和居住市外是住院患者医院感染的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and risk factors of HAI in pediatric patients in a general hospital.Methods Clinical data of all hospitalized patients in pediatric rehabilitation department of a general hospital were retrospectively investigated from July 2018 to June 2020,and the incidence of HAI were analyzed.One way and Logistic regressive analysis were performed to determinethe risk factors of HAI.Results There were 172 cases in 169 HAI in total 984 hospitalized patients.The incidence of HAI and HAI cases were 17.17% and 17.48%,respectively.Patients with developmental delay had the highest incidence of HAI.The incidence and case incidence were 23.38%and 24.19%,respectively.The main sites of HAI were in lower and upper respiratory tract as well as gastrointestinal tract, accounting for 70.35%,19.77% and 8.71%,respectively.Multivariate Logistic regression exhibited that age and residence were two-independent risk factors of HAI in hospitalized patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of HAI maintains high level and main sites of HAI are in respiratory. Age under 1 year and residence are risk factors of HAI in hospitalized patients in pediatric rehabilitation department.
