摘要
目的研究预见性护理在高血压脑出血围手术期患者护理中的应用效果。方法入组对象为我院收治的140例高血压脑出血患者,随机分为两组,对照组(70例)患者实施围手术期一般护理,观察组(70例)患者实施围手术期预见性护理。对比两组患者的生活质量改善情况、护理干预效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组在躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态方面的评分都高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理有效率为50.00%,对照组为28.57%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.29%,对照组为17.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038)。结论在高血压脑出血患者围手术期进行预见性护理干预,可提高干预效果,改善患者的生活质量,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of140 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,comparison group(70 cases)patients with perioperative general nursing,observation group(70 cases)patients with perioperative predictive nursing.The improvement of quality of life,the effect of nursing intervention and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 50.00%in the observation group and 28.57%in the control group,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was 4.29%in the observation group and 17.14%in the control group,which was higher in the study group than in the control group(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).Conclusion Prescient nursing in perioperative period of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can improve the intervention effect,improve the quality of life of patients,less postoperative complications.
