摘要
新时期对学术期刊编辑“回归杂家”“编研一体化”的身份建构、专业化与学术化的编辑素养有了新要求。对此,在解析学术期刊编辑学术化与专业化的双向发展基础上,提出职前教育机构与职后培训相对接培养专业素养、编辑学术会议与学科学术会议的双途径分类培养学术素养、根据编辑专业化与学术化素养异同分层分段多阶多元化培养路径,旨在促进学术期刊编辑素养的创新发展,提升学术刊物质量,促进学术繁荣。
This paper analyzes the identity construction,professional and academic editorial quality of academic journal editors in the new period;it also analyzes the two-way development of academic and professional editing of academic journals.Based on the analysis of the two-way development of academic and professional editors of academic journals,this paper puts forward diversified training paths,including training professional quality through pre-service education institutions and post-service training,training academic quality through editing academic conference and discipline academic conference,and carrying out hierarchical,segmented and multi-stage cultivation according to the similarities and differences between editors’professional and academic qualities.This two-way cultivation path can promote the innovation and development of editorial quality of academic journals,improve the quality of academic journals and promote academic prosperity.
