摘要
在传统溶剂提取木质素的基础上,重点综述了新型深度共熔溶剂提取木质素的研究进展,探讨深度共熔溶剂的官能团、氢键受体、溶剂参数等与木质素提取率之间的构效关系,分析了不同类型深度共熔溶剂提取木质素过程中发生的化学反应,最后针对深度共熔溶剂黏度高、电导率差、酶相容性低等问题以及绿色、高效的木质素提取技术面临的机遇和挑战进行了展望,为进一步深入探究深度共熔溶剂对木质素的高效提取及应用提供理论支持与技术指导。
Based on the extraction of lignin by traditional solvents,this paper focused on the research progress of lignin extraction by novel deep eutectic solvents,and discussed the relationship between the functional groups,hydrogen bond receptors,solvent parameters of deep eutectic solvents and the extraction rate of lignin.It then analyzed the effect of different types of deep eutectic solvents on the chemical reactions in the process of extracting lignin.Finally,in view of the problems such as high viscosity,poor conductivity and low enzyme compatibility,the opportunities and challenges of the green and efficient lignin extraction technology were proposed,which would provide theoretical support and technical guidance for further in-depth research on the efficient extraction and application of lignin by deep eutectic solvents.
