高强度水凝胶应变传感器的构建与性能研究

摘要 水凝胶由于良好的拉伸延展性、易于加工等特性,成为一种广受关注的材料。本文通过在水凝胶内引入导电离子的方法获得应变传感器,并探究水凝胶应变传感器的机械性能以及变形响应性,以期在水凝胶用于传感器方面获得进展。本实验以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(ED)为交联剂,以丙烯酰胺为聚合单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,以饱和氯化钠溶液为溶剂,通过自由基聚合制备水凝胶应变传感器。通过调整丙烯酰胺的含量比,研究水凝胶的机械性能与导电性,以期为不同用途的水凝胶研究提供思路。 Hydrogel has become a widely concerned material due to good tensile ductility,easy to process and other characteristics.In this paper,the strain sensor is obtained by introducing conductive ions into the hydrogel,and the mechanical properties and deformation response of the hydrogel strain sensor are explored,in order to make progress in hydrogel for sensor.In this experiment,by free radical polymerization,hydrogel strain sensor was prepared by using ethylene dimethacrylate(ED)as the crosslinking agent,acrylamide as polymerization monomer,ammonium persulfate as initiator,saturated sodium chloride solution as solvent.The mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of hydrogels were studied by adjusting the content ratio of acrylamide,in order to provide ideas for the study of hydrogels with different uses.
