以健康教育为导向的教学法在肿瘤护理教学中的应用分析

摘要 目的:探讨以健康教育为导向的教学法在肿瘤护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年7月的实习护士48名,随机分为两组,各24名。对照组接受常规带教模式;观察组应用以健康教育为导向的带教模式。比较两组效果。结果:观察组专业实践能力及临床综合能力各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以健康教育为导向的带教模式在肿瘤护理教学中的应用效果较好,可使实习护士的临床综合能力提高,有利于其顺利过渡到临床实际护理工作中。 Objective:To explore the application effect of health education-oriented teaching method in tumor nursing teaching.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,48 nursing students were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 24 students in each group.The control group received conventional teaching mode.The observation group was treated with health education-oriented teaching mode.The effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of professional practice ability and clinical comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education-oriented teaching mode has a good application effect in tumor nursing teaching,which can improve the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students and facilitate their smooth transition to clinical nursing work.
