摘要
目的探讨良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者前列腺钬激光剜除术(HoLEP)后性生活质量的影响因素。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月南通市第二人民医院297例接受HoLEP的BPH患者的作为研究对象。根据术后6个月性生活质量调查表(SLQQ)评分将患者分为性生活质量较差组(SLQQ≤20分,215例)和性生活质量较好组(SLQQ>20分,82例)。对比两组临床资料,将有差异的单因素信息纳入Logistic模型,分析BPH患者HoLEP术后性生活质量较差的危险因素。结果性生活质量较差组年龄≥60岁、居住地为城市、学历为高中及以下、社会支持低、焦虑抑郁、自我效能感较低的患者占比显著高于性生活质量较好组(P<0.05)。以上因素也是BPH患者HoLEP术后性生活质量较差的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论导致BPH患者HoLEP术后性生活质量较差的危险因素较多,临床应及时予以干预,从而提高患者术后性生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of sexual life quality in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) after holmium laser enucleation of prostate(HoLEP). Methods 297 BPH patients who received HoLEP in Nantong Second People′s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research object. According to the sexual life quality questionnaire(SLQQ) score 6 months after operation, the patients were divided into poor sexual life quality group(SLQQ≤20 points, 215 cases) and good sexual life quality group(SLQQ>20 points, 82 cases). The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and the different univariate information was incorporated into the Logistic model to analyze the risk factors of poor sexual quality in BPH patients after HoLEP. Results The proportion of patients with age ≥60 years old, urban residence, high school education or below, low social support, anxiety and depression, and low self-efficacy in poor sexual life quality group was significantly higher than that in good sexual life quality group(P<0.05). The above factors are also risk factors for poor sexual quality of BPH patients after HoLEP(P<0.05). Conclusions There are many risk factors for poor sexual life quality in patients with BPH after HoLEP, so clinical intervention should be performed to improve the sexual life quality of patients after HoLEP.
