摘要
目的探讨在消化道黏膜下肿瘤应用小探头超声内镜(mEUS)的作用。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月来该院就诊的120例消化道黏膜下肿瘤患者,所有患者接受小探头超声检查,分析检查结果,给予个体化治疗。结果120例患者中,52例起源于黏膜肌层,47例起源于黏膜下层,21例起源于固有肌层;疑似平滑肌瘤61例,间质瘤26例,异位胰腺11例,囊肿8例,脂肪瘤7例,神经内分泌肿瘤(类癌)4例,颗粒细胞瘤3例。mEUS检查结果与病理诊断的符合率91.67%。结论小探头超声内镜能够精准诊断上消化道黏膜下病变状况,指导挑选个体化内镜治疗手段,防止治疗当中出现中各类风险。
Objective To investigate the role of small probe endoscopic ultrasonography(mEUS)in submucosal tumors of the digestive tract.Methods A total of 120 patients with gastrointestinal submucosal tumors who came to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected.All patients underwent small probe ultrasound examination,analyzed the examination results,and gave individualized treatment.Results Of the 120 patients,52 cases originated from the muscularis mucosa,47 cases originated from the submucosa,and 21 cases originated from the muscularis propria.There were 61 suspected leiomyomas and 26 stromal tumors.There were 11 cases of ectopic pancreas,8 cases of cysts,and 7 cases of lipomas.There were 4 cases of neuroendocrine tumors(carcinoid)and 3 cases of granulosa cell tumors.The coincidence rate of mEUS examination results and pathological diagnosis was 91.67%.Conclusion The small probe ultrasonic endoscopy can accurately diagnose the condition of upper gastrointestinal submucosal lesions,guide the selection of individualized endoscopic treatment methods,and prevent various risks during treatment.
