摘要
随着医疗体制改革的逐渐深化,医院经济管理内外环境发生较大的变化,进一步加强医院经济管理力度,构建全成本精细化管理模式,是提升医院积极管理有效性,调动医院持续性发展动力的重要手段。在实际过程中,医院经济管理活动需要保证内部资金充裕,能够支持医院日常运转与各项医疗研究活动、经济投资活动的需求;还需要不断提升医疗卫生服务质量,充分满足人民群众不断增长的就医需求,以经济管理辅助凸显医院社会职能。该文立足医院多方管控大背景剖析经济管理强化必要性,之后分析了医院经济管理实施现状、济管理中引入全成本精细化管理现实价值与落实思路,对医院经济管理中全成本精细化管理的实施路径进行深入探究。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of the medical system,the internal and external environments of hospital economic management have undergone major changes.To further strengthen the hospital's economic management and build a full-cost refined management model was an important means to enhance the effectiveness of the hospital's active management and to mobilize the hospital's sustainable development momentum.In the actual process,the hospital's economic management activities need to ensure sufficient internal funds to support the daily operation of the hospital and the needs of various medical research activities and economic investment activities.It was also necessary to continuously improve the quality of medical and health services,fully meet the people's growing medical needs,and highlight the social functions of hospitals with the aid of economic management.Based on the background of multi-party hospital management and control,thearticle analyzed the necessity of strengthening economic management,and then analyzed the implementation status of hospital economic management,the practical value and implementation ideas of introducing total cost fine management in economic management,and further explores the implementation path of total cost fine management in hospital economic management.
