摘要
燃煤电厂通常采用传统低低温电除尘系统进行节能减排,但存在因低温省煤器换热管磨损导致的严重泄漏问题,危害整个低低温电除尘系统的安全运行。某660MW燃煤电厂因上述问题,停运了低温省煤器,造成锅炉热损失、排烟体积流量增大,加大了除尘器的负担,同时除尘效率大大降低。基于此,本文对烟气余热利用重力热管低低温电除尘系统开展研究,对传统低低温电除尘系统进行升级,有效解决了原有低温省煤器泄漏问题,性能满足要求,提高了电除尘器除尘效率、稳定性及安全性,为燃煤发电机组低低温电除尘系统改进和大规模推广应用提供了借鉴。
Coal-fired power plants usually use the traditional low-low temperature ESP system for energy conservation and emission reduction, but there is a serious leakage problem caused by wear of heat exchange tube, which endangers the safe operation of the low-low temperature ESP system. A 660 MW coal-fired power plant shut down the low temperature economizer due to the above problems, resulting in the heat loss of the boiler and increase the exhaust gas volume, increasing the burden of the ESP, and greatly reducing the dust removal efficiency. This paper studies the waste heat utilization low-low temperature ESP system based on thermosyphon technology improves the original low-temperature ESP system, effectively solves the leakage problem of the original low-temperature economizer,meets the performance requirements,improves the dust removal efficiency, stability and safety of the ESP, and provides a reference for the improvement and large-scale popularization and application of low-low temperature ESP system of coal-fired generator units.
