摘要 智能制造的发展离不开数控加工技术的提升,合理的加工工艺能够减少零件的加工工序,提高零件的加工精度,减少废品率。针对"数控加工工艺"课程原有的教学手段单一、忽视仿真教学的重要性、缺少与企业沟通等问题,通过线上线下教学融合的方式提升理论教学效果,通过仿真教学增加学生操作机床的机会。通过将企业数控加工实例转换为教学案例,不仅让学生了解了企业的最新加工技术、提升了学生的实践能力,还能够为企业定向培养人才。 The development of intelligent manufacturing is inseparable from the improvement of NC machining technology. Reasonable machining process can reduce the machining process of parts, improve the machining accuracy of parts and reduce the scrap rate. Aiming at the single teaching method of the“NC Machining Technology”course, ignoring the importance of simulation teaching, and lack of communication with enterprises, the theoretical teaching effect is improved through the integration of online and offline teaching, and the opportunities for students to operate machine tools are increased through simulation teaching.Through the conversion of enterprise numerical control processing examples into teaching cases, not only students are allowed to understand the latest processing technology of enterprises and increase practical ability, but also talents can be trained for enterprises pertinently.
