摘要
稻渔综合种养模式历史悠久,水产经济发展带动了稻渔经济快速发展。为了进一步促进稻渔经济发展再上一个台阶,分析了稻渔体系存在的问题,比如稻渔共作体系的污染问题、综合养殖问题、落实国家相关政策问题。针对存在的问题,建议切断污染源、整改稻渔系统,提高农田健康度与持久生产力,把关并推动国家惠民政策执行,引入高端新技术,倡导现代化管理与生产,构造稻渔绿色经济,增加农民收益,助力乡村振兴。
The comprehensive rice-fish co-cultivation model has a long history,and the rapid development of rice-fish economy is driven by the development of aquatic economy.In order to further promote the development of rice-fish economy,the problems existing in rice-fish system were analyzed,such as the pollution of rice-fish system,comprehensive aquaculture and the implementation of relevant national policies.In view of the root causes of the existing problems,it is suggested that we should cut off the sources of pollution,rectify and reform the rice-fish system,improve the health and lasting productivity of farmland,ensure and promote the implementation of national policies to benefit the people,introduce high-end new technology,advocate modern management and production.Besides,we should build a green economy for rice and fishing,increase farmers'income,and help the revitalization of rural areas.
