摘要
糖尿病肾脏疾病是慢性肾脏病和终末期肾病的首要病因。足细胞是肾小球重要的滤过屏障,其损伤在糖尿病肾病的发生和发展过程中有关键性作用。雷公藤甲素具有抗炎、抗氧化、调节脂质代谢等生物活性。文章从抑制炎症反应、改善氧化应激、调节信号通路等方面探讨雷公藤甲素对糖尿病肾病足细胞保护机制,为防治糖尿病肾病的治疗提供新的思路与借鉴。
Diabetic kidney disease is the leading cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.Podocytes are an important filtration barrier of the glomerulus,and their damage plays a key role in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.Triptolide has biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,and regulating lipid metabolism.This article discusses the protective mechanism of triptolide on podocytes of diabetic nephropathy from the aspects of inhibiting inflammation,improving oxidative stress,and regulating signal pathways,and provides new ideas and references for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
