摘要
为了了解蛋鸡饲料添加斑蝥黄(加丽素红)和β-阿朴-8’-胡萝卜素酸乙酯(加丽素黄)对鸡蛋色素沉积量和蛋黄色度的影响,试验以蛋鸡饲料色素加丽素红和加丽素黄的饲料中添加比例为因素,按色素等比例(0∶0、1∶1、2∶2、3∶3、4∶4)添加进行单因子试验设计(对照组和1~4组),根据等比例添加试验结果选择加丽素红和加丽素黄的适宜比例,分别开展加丽素红添加量不变、加丽素黄按梯度添加(5~11组,1,2,3,6,8,10,12 mg/kg)和加丽素黄添加量不变、加丽素红按梯度添加(12~18组,1,2,3,6,8,10,12 mg/kg)的单因子试验设计,试验共19组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只,饲养试验时间为23 d,从第6天开始每天采集鸡蛋,对鸡蛋中的色素沉积量和蛋黄色度进行检测。结果表明:加丽素红与加丽素黄等比例添加时,鸡蛋色素沉积量和蛋黄色度与添加量均随添加量增加而逐渐升高,因此选择加丽素红与加丽素黄分别为4,4 mg/kg添加量进行后续试验。饲料中两种色素梯度添加量与鸡蛋中沉积量均呈正相关,各试验组与对照组蛋黄色度相比差异明显,其中对照组蛋黄色度为4.889,试验1,2组蛋黄色度分别为9.556,10.556,试验12~14组蛋黄色度为9.167~11.000,其他各试验组蛋黄色度为11.500~13.667。在本试验条件下,加丽素红与加丽素黄饲料添加量分别在4 mg/kg和1 mg/kg、4 mg/kg和2 mg/kg、4 mg/kg和3 mg/kg及3 mg/kg和3 mg/kg时蛋黄色度均稳定在11.500以上。说明蛋鸡养殖企业以蛋黄色度在12.0±0.5为生产目标时,为控制加丽素红与加丽素黄的用量,建议将加丽素红与加丽素黄的饲料添加量分别控制在4 mg/kg和1 mg/kg、4 mg/kg和2 mg/kg、4 mg/kg和3 mg/kg及3 mg/kg和3 mg/kg范围,可降低饲料生产成本。
In order to investigate the effects of adding cantharidin(carophyll red)andβ-apo-8’-ethyl carotene(carophyll yellow)in the feed on egg pigment deposition and yolk color of laying hens,the proportion of dietary pigments carophyll red and carophyll yellow was selected as the factor in this experiment,a single factor experiment was conducted according to adding pigment in equal proportion(0∶0,1∶1,2∶2,3∶3,4∶4 contrel group and 1 to 4 groups).According to the results of equal proportion addition test,the appropriate proportion of carophyll red and carophyll yellow were selected.The single factor experiment design was carried out in which the dosage of carophyll red was constant and the dosage of carophyll yellow was gradient(5 to 11 groups,1,2,3,6,8,10,12 mg/kg)and the dosage of carophyll yellow was constant and the dosage of carophyll red was gradient(12 to 18 groups,1,2,3,6,8,10,12 mg/kg).The experiment was divided into 19 groups with three replicates in each group and 10 birds in each replicate.The feeding experiment lasted for 23 days.Samples were taken from the 6 th day to detect pigmentation and yolk chroma in eggs.The results showed that when the proportion of carophyll red and carophyll yellow were equal,the amounts of egg pigmentation and egg yellowness both increased gradually with the increase of the added amount.Therefore,the addition amounts of carophyll red and carophyll yellow were selected to be 4,4 mg/kg respectively for follow-up tests.There was a positive correlation between the gradient addition of two pigments in feed and the amount of deposition in eggs.There was a significant difference in the change of egg yolk chroma between each test group and the control group.Among them,the egg yolk chroma of the control group was 4.889,the egg yolk chroma of test group 1 and 2 were 9.556 and 10.556 respectively,the egg yolk chroma of test groups 12-14 was 9.167-11.000,and the egg yolk chroma of other test groups was 11.500-13.667.Under the experimental conditions,the egg yolk chroma was stable above 11.500 when the feed addition amounts of carophyll red and carophyll yellow were 4 mg/kg and 1 mg/kg,4 mg/kg and 2 mg/kg,4 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg,and 3 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg respectively.It indicated that when the egg yolk chroma was 12.0±0.5 as the production target of laying hens breeding enterprises,in order to control the addition amounts of carophyll red and carophyll yellow,it is suggested that the feed addition amount of carophyll red and carophyll yellow should be controlled in the range of 4 mg/kg and 1 mg/kg,4 mg/kg and 2 mg/kg,4 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg,3 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg respectively,the feed production cost can be significantly reduced.
