摘要 稀土元素具备较为独特的电子结构和成键特性,是良好的表面活性元素。稀土元素及其化合物能够影响金属材料和陶瓷材料的熔点和晶体结构等。本文介绍了稀土元素及其化合物在金属结合剂和陶瓷结合剂超硬磨具中的应用,从结合剂的改性、磨料的涂覆、两者界面性质的改善三个角度论述了稀土元素及其化合物对金属结合剂和陶瓷结合剂磨具各种性能的影响及其在磨具体系中的作用原理,并对稀土元素及其化合物在超硬磨具领域中的应用提出一些展望。 Rare earth elements have unique electronic structure and bonding characteristics,and are good surface active elements.Rare earth elements and their compounds have important influences on the melting point and crystal structure of metallic materials and ceramic materials.This paper introduces the applications of rare earth elements and their compounds in metal bond and ceramic bond superhard abrasive tools,discusses the effects of rare earth elements and their compounds on the various properties of metal bond and vitrified bond abrasive tools and their action principle in the grinding system from the modification of the bond,the coating of the grains and the improvement of the interface properties,and proposes some prospects for the application of rare earth elements and their compounds in superhard abrasive tools.
