摘要
从燃烧用气和化工用气两方面分析了江西省LPG市场供需现状、LPG消费结构、资源来源等情况,进而对未来LPG市场需求进行预测,发现一方面由于江西省天然气消费起步较晚,导致民用和工业用液化石油气一直存在较为稳定的需求;另一方面,江西省LPG深加工项目新增装置有限,LPG化工需求增长较缓。江西省LPG产量小,近年来随着九江石化开工率不断提高,其产出气多为自用,导致资源外放量逐渐减少,致使省内LPG缺口变大,对省外资源的依存度大大增加。江西省地形以丘陵、山地为主,部分未通天然气地区仍以LPG供应为主,LPG供应方式灵活,不受管线控制、不受运输控制,能够满足空白市场的需求,也是城镇居民良好的应急燃气资源,故LPG已成为江西省的重要能源之一。但是江西省周边仅有少数液化石油气二级库及三级站,气源主要依靠省外调入,无沿海省份进口优质气源的天然优势。根据市场调研数据,对江西省LPG未来供需市场进行预测,为江西省液化石油气产业发展提供理论依据。
The present situation of LPG market supply and demand,consumption structure,LPG resources in Jiangxi province were analyzed based on LPG used as fuel gas and chemical materials.And then the future demand for LPG market was forecasted,finding that on the one hand,because the LNG consumption started late in Jiangxi province,stable demand for LPG used as fuel gas for civil and industrial use always exists;on the other hand,the new capacity of LPG deep processing projects in Jiangxi province is limited,and the LPG demand of chemical industry grows relatively slowly.Thus Jiangxi province LPG output is small.In recent years,with the continuous increase of the operating rate of Jiujiang Petrochemical,most of its produced gas turns into self-use,which leads to the gradual decrease of the outpouring of resources,resulting in a larger LPG gap within the province and a greatly increased dependence on the resources from the province around.Jiangxi Province is dominated by hilly and mountainous terrain.LPG is still the main supply in some areas without LNG resources.LPG supply is flexible and not controlled by pipelines or transportation,which can meet the demand of the empty market and become a good emergency gas resource for urban residents.Therefore,LPG has become one of the important energy sources in Jiangxi Province.However,there are only a few secondary LPG reservoirs and tertiary LPG stations in Jiangxi Province.The source mainly depends on the transfer from the other provinces around,and Jiangxi has no natural advantage of importing high-quality gas sources in the coastal provinces.According to the market research data,the future supply and demand of LPG market in Jiangxi Province was forecasted,which could provide theoretical basis for the development of LPG industry in Jiangxi Province.
