摘要
目的:探讨2014—2020年广州市花都区≥65岁老年人意外伤害死亡趋势及原因,为老年人意外伤害防治提供依据。方法:收集2014—2020年广州市花都区≥65岁老年人意外伤害死亡资料。利用Joinpoint软件分析意外伤害粗死亡率、标化死亡率的年度变化百分比和平均年度变化百分比。结果:2014—2020年广州市花都区≥65岁老年人意外伤害粗死亡率为278.39/10万,标化死亡率为202.94/10万,均呈稳定状态(均P>0.05)。其中,男性、女性粗死亡率分别为239.95/10万、310.46/10万,女性意外伤害粗死亡率高于男性(χ^(2)=24.08,P<0.05)。65~74岁组、75~84岁组和≥85岁组老年人意外伤害粗死亡率分别76.64/10万、328.84/10万和1 508.87/10万,意外伤害死亡率均随着年龄增长而上升(P<0.05)。65~74岁组老年人意外伤害死亡率呈先上升后下降的趋势(P<0.05)。意外跌倒是≥65岁老年人意外伤害死亡的首位原因,占意外伤害死亡人数的50.93%,其粗死亡率为141.78/10万。结论:广州市花都区≥65岁老年人意外伤害死亡率仍处于较高水平,意外跌倒是首位意外伤害死亡原因,应采取进一步的干预措施。
Objective:To investigate the trends and causes of accidental injury deaths among elderly people aged M65 years in Huadu District,Guangzhou,from 2014 to 2020,and to provide a basis for accidental injury prevention and treatment among the elderly.Methods:Information on accidental injury deaths of elderly people aged M65 years in Huadu District of Guangzhou from 2014 to 2020 were collected.The annual percent change and the average annual percent change of crude accidental injury mortality and standardized mortality were analyzed by Joinpoint software.Results:The crude accidental injury mortality rate of elderly people aged M65 years in Huadu District of Guangzhou,2014-2020 was 278.39/100000 and the standardized mortality rate was 202.94/100000,both of which were stable(both P>0.05).Among them,the crude mortality rates of males and females were 239.95/100000 and 310.46/100000,respectively,and the crude mortality rate of accidental injuries was higher in females than in males(χ^(2)=24.08,P<0.05).The crude accidental injury mortality rate increased with age in the 65-74,75-84 and M85 age groups 76.64/100000,328.84/100000 and 1508.87/100000,respectively(P<0.05).There was a trend of increasing and then decreasing accidental injury mortality in the 65-74 years old group(P<0.05).Accidental falls were the first cause of accidental injury deaths among elderly people aged M65 years,accounting for 50.93%o£accidental injury deaths,with a crude mortality rate of 141.78/100000.Conclusion:The accidental injury mortality rate of elderly people aged M65 years in Huadu District of Guangzhou is still at a high level,and accidental falls are the first cause of accidental injury death,and further intervention measures should be taken.
