摘要
通过归纳近年来有关五味子有效成分治疗糖尿病及其并发症的文献发现,五味子主要通过改善胰岛素抵抗、抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡等机制发挥治疗糖尿病及其并发症的作用。通过对其机制总结,以期为五味子治疗糖尿病及其并发症的药效物质基础及作用机制研究提供理论依据。
By summarizing the literature on the effective ingredients of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) in the treatment of diabetes and its complications in recent years, it is found that Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) is mainly used to treat diabetes and its complications by improving insulin resistance,anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative stress, and anti-apoptotic mechanisms. The summary of its mechanism is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the pharmacodynamic material basis and mechanism of action of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) in the treatment of diabetes and its complications.
